Perfect location. Everything is in walking distance. Food at the restaurant and service was great. Nice and clean!

Staff is exceptional especially the bellman and doorman. Very well trained and hospitable. Big and well decorated room. Great restaurant. Location is great, plenty of food nearby. Also lots of nightlife in San Pedro, 6 minute drive away.

Safety, view of the mountains, conveniently located 1 block from MicroPlaza, 3 blocks from Subway Station, pool, jacuzzi, excellent food specifically dinner options.

We liked everything about this hotel! Especially the wonderful breakfast buffet! The hotel looked even better than the photos on the website! It was large and beautiful! We loved seeing the incredible view of the mountains outside our room window. The indoor pool was wonderful! The hot tub was huge and not too hot or cold, but perfect temperature. We especially liked the price for this beautiful hotel! It was definitely worth it! We will be staying here next time we go to Monterrey!

all was excellent to my family. the pool, room was confortable and the breakfast was excellent togheter with the lady who attended us at breakfast and great areas to rest in the lobby
